Research

  • Pantheon (DFG Project)

This project develops algorithms and tools to generated a large-scale repository of entity rankings, which is automatically populated and maintained. It captures entities, their properties and relations from many different disciplines. The overall goal is a fully automated framework to build and keep up-to-data a Wikipedia-style website of entity rankings. It acts to users as a unified entry point to search and explore rankings and to subscribe to reports that summarize recent events, characterized by changes to rankings--tailored to specific user interests.
